The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed with a luxurious touch. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making the reservation process easy. The communal bath facilities were enjoyable and the private spa was a highlight. The dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of menu options and sake pairings. The attention to detail and personal touch from the staff made the stay memorable.
The initial impression of the hotel's minimalist design was a bit cold, but that feeling quickly disappeared as we experienced the warm and personal service from the staff. The location might be a bit remote for some, but the peaceful surroundings and greenery made up for it.
